With more than thirteen years of training and adult education experience, Martha’s background includes work in human services, law enforcement and the health care industry. Her organization development expertise includes curriculum development, skills training, career counseling, program management and development, and organization research.
A skillful collaborator, Martha is a perceptive, trusted colleague whose interventions make a difference. Martha earned a master’s degree in Human Resource Development and Adult Education from the University of Texas at Austin.
William P. Gardner, MBA
Bill is well respected among organization development colleagues and clients as a knowledgeable and skilled professional. Helping clients and client systems comprehend, learn from and cope with change are the threads that run through Gardner's twenty-six years of work.
Currently Director of Corporate Growth and Development at Advanced Micro Devices, his work has been profiled in several learning organization and leadership texts. He has been an internal OD practitioner and training professional with a Fortune 200 industrial gas and chemical company, a public sector electric utility, and a university. Bill says it's an honor to be associated with MeetingSolution because of the quality work we do.
Theresa Tod, MSW
Theresa brings twenty-eight years of social service delivery and management to the MeetingSolution team. The broad range of her experience in the nonprofit sector includes agency administration, contracting, grant writing and board development. In these capacities she has had extensive opportunities to facilitate and plan for organization development.
As a facilitation methods instructor, she illustrates concepts with real-world examples from the field. A leader in youth development, she currently serves as the Executive Director of Texas Network of Youth Services.
Geraldine Tucker, JD
With more than twenty years of professional experience, Gerry’s expertise is in facilitating change management, teambuilding and communications. A flexible and intuitive facilitator, Gerry is able to put any group at ease.
Gerry’s career as an attorney, personnel management consultant and higher education administrator has positioned her as an insightful, highly regarded business and community leader. She currently serves as Associate Vice President for Human Resources at Austin Community College.
