William P. Gardner, MBA
Bill is well respected among organization development

Geraldine Tucker, JD
With more than twenty years of professional experience,
Gerry’s expertise is in facilitating change management,
teambuilding and communications. A flexible and
intuitive facilitator, Gerry is able to put any group at
ease.
Gerry’s career as an attorney, personnel management
consultant and higher education administrator has
positioned her as an insightful, highly regarded
business and community leader. She currently serves as
Associate Vice President for Human Resources at Austin

O'Toole Murphy. M.A., S.P.H.R.
Erin Murphy helps leaders develop and organizations build high-performing work cultures. A skillful facilitator, workshop designer, and performance coach, Erin’s strength is fostering collaborative learning with an action focus. For over 14 years, she's acted as a consultant to company leaders on talent competency development, leadership development and change management programs. She
has designed and delivered training on leadership, management, and team development for clients such as Dell, Inc., Whole Foods Market, Dell Financial Services, IBM, Texas Trust Company, Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife, Lower Colorado River Authority, Seton Healthcare Network, SpeakWrite,
The University of Texas, Condea Vista, Landmark Graphics, Concero, and KUT/NPR Radio.
She co-authored "Teamwork Is An Individual Skill: Getting Your Work Done When Sharing Responsibility" (Berrett-Koehler, 2001) describing how to achieve outstanding business results through building responsible, effective, and productive relationships at work.
Erin completed her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University as a recognized Scholar-Athlete. She holds a Masters in Whole Systems Design with a concentration in Organization Development from Antioch University. She is certified as Senior Professional in Human Resources, is a conflict mediator and is certified in a variety of tools and assessments.

Betsy Aylin
Betsy Aylin has worked in organization and management development, human resource management, and leadership training for more than 20 years with organizations all over the world. She has served as Director of Human Resources, as an internal organization development consultant, and as Director of Organization and Management Development. Betsy has provided consultation on a variety of organizational and management issues, including culture change, performance evaluation and improvement, structure, managerial development, work group conflict, benchmarking, and employee retention. She has provided human resources and organizational consulting and management development programs for high tech companies, utilities, government agencies, and for non-profits. Betsy has working with both manufacturing and product design groups and with all levels in the organization from executives to direct service employees. In addition, Dr. Aylin has served as adjunct faculty at both University of Texas-Austin and St. Edward’s University, Austin.
Betsy provides clients with a depth of expertise in organization assessment, development, and change; executive, management, and leadership assessment and development; and organization and human resource program design.

Kerry Baker, M.H.L.
Kerry Baker has worked for thirty years to help religious institutions, non-for-profit organizations, educational agencies and volunteer groups to formulate processes that clarify their visions, define their goals, devise creative strategies and programs to meet those goals, and evaluate the effectiveness of those processes. An ordained rabbi,
Kerry’s special interests lie in understanding the role played by values in the operation of an organization and in helping organizations to align values, goals and vision in order to increase organizational success. In his work with a wide range of groups, it is
Kerry’s interest to help any organization to ensure that the way they “do business” is consistent with its core moral, spiritual and humane values. In collaboration with
MeetingSolution associate William, Kerry has devised several innovative methodologies to help any group to not only “talk the talk,” but “walk the walk.”
Kerry is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Colgate University, was ordained at the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in New York, and studied in the doctoral program in the History of Religions at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He received certification in Confluent Education at the Rhea Hirsch School of Education at the Hebrew Union College in Los Angeles, and fulfilled his pastoral counseling preparation at the William Alanson White Institute in New York.

Sunni
Brown
Sunni Brown is skilled in meeting design and support, publication design and development, and data design and production. Sunni was trained in graphic facilitation and agenda design at The Grove Consultants International, a San Francisco-based company that pioneered the use of visual tools in meetings and facilitated group processes. She operates on the principle that learning is significantly enhanced when text-based information is coupled with clear and meaningful graphics.
Sunni has worked with a wide range of clients and has a collaborative and interactive style. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Linguistics and a Master’s in Public Affairs from the Lyndon Baines Johnson School of Public Affairs in Austin, Texas. Sunni successfully partners with nonprofits, state and local government, and business to generate info-design projects that support organizational and group success.

Anna Land
Anna provides graphic design and documentation services
for MeetingSolution clients. Anna started her
advertising and web design firm, Anna Land Design, in
1998. She has over a decade of both agency and
client-side advertising and marketing experience.
Anna's community volunteerism focuses on bringing
resources and opportunities to underprivileged
communities. Anna Land is the co-founder of Heart House,
a non-profit afterschool program in Dallas and Austin.
