Gardner, Lynda Baker has developed the Values Centered Performance Model™ (formerly known as the Strategic Alignment Model) to help organizations effectively assess and address the variety of developmental and business challenges they face. Since it’s a readily understood model, it’s an effective tool in many settings and situations. The model has been used in corporate and not-for-profit sectors, presented at international conferences and published in conference proceedings.
